Log My Trips!

Log your trips using the RideshareOnline.com calendar unless you live or work in Pierce County, Spokane County, or Whatcom County.

To log trips using the RideshareOnline.com calendar:

  1. Log in or create an account at Log in or create an account at RideshareOnline.com (or Go Redmond or Kirkland Green Trip).
  2. Click on Calendar on the left navigation bar.
  3. Select a travel mode on the left side of the calendar.
  4. Confirm or create the trip details. Was it a commute trip or a personal trip. Where did the trip begin and where did it end? Was it a one-way trip or a round trip?
  5. Click on the “Continue” button.
  6. Click on the date(s) you used that travel mode with those trip details.

Be sure to log all the trips you made between October 1st and October 31st! You may log trips up to four weeks in the past, though we recommend logging your trips at least once a week. You have until end of day November 7th to log October trips and have them count toward the Switch Your Trips prize drawing.

You can log any one-way trip where the origin and destination are not the same and the trip could potentially have been in a single occupancy vehicle. For Switch Your Trips WA, all trips should begin and/or end in Washington State. Please do not log trips that were solely exercise or recreation (e.g., going for a run).

There is more information about logging trips on the FAQs page.

If you live in Pierce County, Spokane County, or Whatcom County, please use the trip logging tool for your region:
Pierce County: Ride Together Pierce
Spokane County: Commute Smart NW
Whatcom County: Whatcom Smart Trips

Do I have to log all of my trips all at one time or can I use the entry form more than once?

You can track your commute daily, weekly or all at once the end of the campaign.  We recommend weekly.  Be sure to note that you may only calendar 28 days in the past. You must log all trips by Thursday, Nov. 7 to be eligible.

My employer already has me log my commute trips already, does this count?

If your employer has you use RideshareOnline.com, Ride Together Pierce Calendar, or Whatcom Smart Trips, then your trips will be counted. If your employer uses a different trip logging tool, you will need to also log your trips on RideshareOnline.com to be eligible to win prizes unless you are told otherwise by your worksite’s Employee Transportation Coordinator.
